NextJS 14 course - my experience.

After LOPI project - previous post - I was looking for another course that will allow me to master my knowledge aboat Next.js. It came a natural decision to me to choose this course, becouse when I was setting my first steps with react, Michał - one of two lecturers - provided free react course. I liked it and their webinars, so when I had the opportunity to join the course, I jumped on it.

Just before the course started, guys organized congress in Warsaw, so all of the participants could get to know each other. I've had a good time and meet some nice people. There were few interesting speeches among others aboat Astro and Angular.js. It was really cool event. You can imagine a cinema hall full of programmist - so much fun.

The course duration was 5 weeks and we managed to go through whole bunch of functionalities. For me personaly, interesting was the fact, that after every module there were tests to pass, so I could see how test schould actually look like.

During the course I've learned:

• What parallel && intercepting routes are.

• How to implement MDX.

• Why using graphQL is easy.

• Where in Warsaw you can eat really tasty mexican vegan buritto.

• How next agressive cashe makes sense.

• That next.js migth be considered a full-stack framework.

• Why server actions are so cool.

• How to configure app with stripe and clerk.

...and that maybe it's time for finding a job in programing.

The course itself was really okay. I can recommend guys as profesionals and good people to spend time with.
