How my journey began

My journey as a web developer started when I realized that I wanted to become an entrepreneur. I was watching a lot of movies about dropshipping, online businesses, and so on. One day, I figured I would like to set up an online store so my friend and I could sell candles. After considering available tools like WordPress and a few similar platforms, I've decided that I would rather create one myself. In the beginning, I thought it would be easy. Nothing could be further from the truth. I started by learning programming basics with the Polish mentor "Samuraj Programowania" and it was fun. I realized that coding and helping people with their businesses is what I want to do in the future. Then, I've decided that I will become a programmist - entrepreneur.

Since then, I've learned a lot...

• How to make dynamic routes.

• Why we need TypeScript.

• How to center a div. ;)

• What a virtual DOM is.

• Why props drilling is not cool...

• How to deploy a website.

• How to work with a team.

• Why one should first create a design.

...and realized how much I still don't know.

It's still the beginning of my journey, even though it has actually been two years since I got my first certificate. Many things have changed since then, but one thing remains — I want to become a vary good programmer. I'm sure that creating software will bring me a lot of joy and add a lot of value to other people's lives.
